I have white carpets, which were very soiled and after Gary and Logan finished up, you would never think a single thing had been spilled on it. I was also surprised to find out that they clean car upholstery, so I scheduled another appointment for them to come tackle my car! I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing to have their carpets cleaned.

I've used Gary's team for 8 years. With a dog and cat in the house, its important to me to have the carpets cleaned twice a year. I've even called Gary to remove a stain that happened one day before having friends over for a party. He came right away and I was amazed at how great the carpet looked when he finished. Gary is always on time, courteous and takes great pains to make sure the job is nothing but the best.

I have used Gary for many years. He has always done an excellent job. Now this time his son Logan came to clean my rugs yesterday. He also did a wonderful job and got out quite a few spots that were pretty bad. If I have any problems with the carpets I know that Gary and his company will be more than glad to come and help resolve the problem. We have always had a large dog in the home so having our carpets and furniture cleaned twice a year is important to us. Gary calls us every 6 months to schedule our appointment, he arrives at his scheduled appointment time, and he completes the job quickly and efficiently. When the job is complete, the carpets and furniture look bright and clean and they smell wonderfully fresh. Gary and his crew are friendly, trustworthy and professional and I highly recommend them.

Gary is phenomenal, professional & responsive! He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets & responded quickly & professionally to my requests for time changes in the last minute. He also took extra time to address areas of concern I had in our carpet & treated those spots thoroughly!! I've counted on Gary's team for my carpet needs for about 4 years now, and I have never been disappointed. Recently I won a free carpet cleaning in a contest, and even being free, there was no pressure to spend money on added product or services, the quality was amazing, and just as he was leaving, my toddler dumped chocolate milk over the just-cleaned carpet, and he went back and cleaned the spot! We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in and my sister-in-law recommended the Chem-Dry process. Gary was very helpful and Logan and crew were wonderful the day of. They were prompt, thorough, and honest about what they could and could not accomplish. The cost ended up being higher than the on-the-phone ballpark estimate, but that was because there was more square footage than expected. The carpet looks great. It was ready to walk on in just about an hour. Very satisfied.

Gary was extremely easy to work with. Made contact via website and spoke to him the same day. Was able to make arrangements to get my sectional couch cleaned on short notice (on Memorial Day!). Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Would definitely use them again!!

I found this company on Yelp and decided to use them to clean a few puppy urine stains/smells that I couldn't get out myself.  The smell was driving me crazy.  Gary showed up on time.  He got the urine smell out of my carpet! I'm so pleased.  Highly recommend and would use again.

It was quite a pleasure working with Gary. He was professional on the phone and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They arrived on time and one person started setting up while Gary went over what work I wanted done and provided the cost. I decided to do everything I was considering because the cost was so reasonable!  

I was honestly very impressed with how great of a job Gary's team did! The carpets look amazing. It didn't take long for them to clean or dry. I was also really impressed with how quickly I could schedule them in and how painless the whole thing was. Will be using them again in the future.

Awesome job.......they reacted in short notice and did a superb job.  If anyone is using another carpet cleaning company besides Gary's Carpet Cleaning you are absolutely throwing your money away.   You want the job done right the first time by the ultimate professionals! I just want to thank you for making our carpets look like new again.  The only regret I have is not taking before and after photos to show how great of a job was done.

Gary is a true professional along with his outstanding team. I have several areas of pet stains, dog and cat along with coffee.... They were not only a joy to work with, they came on time, did an outstanding job taking out the spots and the carpet was dry in just a few hours.
