We book cleaning services on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the same times on non-holiday weekends.
We have determined that this is the best price to keep our business healthy while providing fair wages to our employees.
We price jobs on a case by case basis by factoring square feet and condition of the carpet. We only measure the carpet area you want us to clean not necessarily wall to wall. We do have price breaks for large cleaning jobs, relatively clean carpets, military, veterans, first responders and the elderly.
We will move basic furniture like sofas, coffee tables, night stands, etc. There is an additional charge for larger non-standard items like bookshelves, beds, dressers and anything else that is heavy or breakable.
1 to 2 hours is our typical dry time depending on the humidity. Turning on a ceiling fan or other type of fan can help improve the time.
No, but we are always glad to provide our advice. We always recommend trying hot water first. This won't cause any problems that we can't solve, and it may just do the trick.
